Are you familiar with Vietnamese coffee? It’s served in majority (if not all) of Vietnamese eateries. It is traditionally made by pouring hot water over coarse ground dark roast Vietnamese coffee into a small metal Vietnamese coffee drip filter called “phin cà phê”. The hot coffee is then mixed with sweetened condensed milk before pouring over a cup of ice. We created our twist by developing a cold brew using Vietnamese coffee before mixing with condensed milk.
